All No Hot Azz motorcycle seat shades are made to order. Depending on where you are in the order process, a refund or replacement is possible. View the list of order statuses below to understand where you are in the process and the options available to you. Pre-Production
Once you order a No Hot Azz motorcycle seat shade on our website, your order will move into the pre-production stage. At this stage, we will contact you to discuss your chosen design. We will do everything within our power to ensure that you are happy with your chosen design by adapting the design to meet your expectations. With your final approval, your order will move on to the production stage. However, if we do not receive your final approval, you may cancel your order, and we will issue a refund.
In Production
Once we receive your final approval for the design of your No Hot Azz motorcycle seat shade, your order will move into production, where it will be printed and shipped to you. At this point, cancellations or returns will not be accepted unless there is an issue with your order. Read the next section for more information regarding order issues.
Damaged or Defective Items or Missing Packages
Once you receive your order, please inspect your No Hot Azz motorcycle seat shade to ensure that it was not damaged during shipping. If it is damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or your order was lost in the mail, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
